Terms of service

Each project is governed by a signed statement of work (spec) stating scope, price, timeline and warranty. Payment is 50% on signing and 50% on approval of the staging site. Ownership of all deliverables transfers to the client on final payment. Change requests are quoted separately.

Privacy policy

We collect the information you submit in our forms (name, email, company, project details) only to respond to your request and deliver services. We do not sell your data. Form submissions are processed by our form provider. Our chat assistant may store conversation transcripts to answer your questions. Email us to request deletion of your data.
